Question: Gaining Mass!.!. Finding It Hard!!?
Im almost 17 now and iv been working out for around a year and a half!.!.
Iv been eating healthy for the last year aswell and follow a general high protien good diet with all the muscle building nutrients included!.!.
5'8" and only 138 pounds!.!.
I assure you i look alot heavier than i am because iv got a reasonable amount of muscle mass but i cant understand why i weight so little!.!. Well anyway i need to add more muscle over the summer before the start of the next lacrosse season!
I eat everything i need to + more and i dont have a high motabolism so i cant understand why im not putting any more weight on :- /
I drink around a 1!.5 pints of milk a day just because i love it so much!.

As for gaining weight, you need to start counting calories!. If your not gaining weight, increase calories by 300-500 until your gaining around 1 lb a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

- Bench press
- Military press
- Wide grip pull up/lat pull down
- Bent over row/seated cable row
- Squats or deadlifts
Vary you set rep ranges:
Monday - 5x5
Wednesday - 3x8
Friday - 3x10-12
Make sure you are consuming 1!.3 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight and make sure you drink 2litres of water a day!.
Eat properly (3000-4000 clean calories a day) and if you dont see gains in that plan I will eat my own foot!.
