Exercise motivation...?!


Question: Exercise motivation!.!.!.!?
I get all into exercise and then i can never keep the motivation to keep doing it and i give up after about a week!.!.!. also i wanna exercise some days but i just cant get the motivation to do it!.!.!. any ideas of how i can keep and stay motivated!?

I also have problems sticking to eating healthy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating healthy and being active go hand in hand!. The more you exercise, the less likely you'll eat junkfood and put your hard work to waste!.
I say, just go do it!! Exercise is something that you have to push yourself to do, so the way you feel is normal!.

well if you have a boyfriend/husband then say you are doing it to get them to give you a complament!. you could also say that it will make you look and feel better!.

Time has come sweetie when people around you should say that " Oh look at that chic, wish I could be as active & fresh as her!.!.!.man!! she does a daily workout and her body looks so wonderful!!"

Also, as my grandma says, "if you want a healthy life then you need to exercise!. And if you don't then a time may come ween your body looses its stamina, which can make you fall sick and may be dependendable on others!. and you don't want that to happen!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a :"before" picture of yourself and hang it on your refrigerator!. that way, everytime you get food, be it for lunch or out of boredom, you'll want to eat healthy and exercise to get to your "after" picture!. good luck!. i know it's hardWww@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and muscle building should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

When I purchased this it actually got me off the couch and got me to work out, because I did NOT want my money going to waste!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!.

I talk in great detail concerning the quetions you just asked!. But to quickly answer your question; Motivation can developed in three ways:

1) Make whatever it is you want to do a "habit!." Almost like its an obssession!.

2) You must have a "burning desire" to achieve whatever it is that you want!.

3) You must have things that drive you to want to achieve!. For example, I am motivated by; a) a desire to be great, b) Love for family and friends c) financial freedom!.

So, each time I feel lazy or feel like procastinating, I think of these things and when I do they always drive me and motivate me to never give up!.

Try to find something for yourself that may drive and motivate you, there is always something!. And really do read my blog, I think you will like the information that I have in it:
