I feel nothing while exercising!. It is because I am not tightening them while I do anything!? Legs, arms, abs, glutes, all of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The workout is not going to work if you just go through the motions!. You have to squeeze visualize the muscle tightening to benefit & make changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
