Easy ways to lose weight?!


Question: Easy ways to lose weight!?
are there any quick and easy ways to lose weight and and get toned/slim legs and a flat stomach!? I'm really good at sit ups, but i cant seem to get nice toned abs!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. No, there is no EASY way to lose weight!. sorry!.
2!. YOU NEED CARBS!. CArbs are our body's primary fule source!. The only time our body's use protein as a fuel source is basically during starvation!. fat is our secondary fuel source!. there is a difference between complex and simple carbs!. We should eat complex!. that means whole grains, fruit and vegetables!.
3!. You cannot spot reduce!. If you want nice, toned, abs, you have to lose percentage of body fat!. you probably have nice, toned abs but can't see them because you have a layer of fat covering them!. Cardio, 5-7 days a week, 30-45 minutes at a time!. Resistance training, 3-5 days per week!. Muscle burns more calories than fat!. So, the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn!.
4!. Eat small meals, every 3 hours!. This will rev up your metabolism, burning calories ALL DAY LONG!
5!. A healthy, SUSTAINABLE weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week!. Keep at it, and as you start to lose weight, take in fewer calories and revamp your exercise routine!.

6 years ago I was a 37 year old, overweight and unenergetic woman!.I lost 62 pounds, kept them off since, and have gone on to become a personal trainer, nutritional councillor and fitness competitor!. A lifestyle change is in order, not a quick fix!. PLEASE do not give in to the "no carb "diet fad!.!.!.!. it will do more harm than good!.

What you can do is to go on a high protein diet!. Don't eat any kinds of rice, bread, flour, potatoes, biscuits and basically anything that's starchy!. You can eat lots of protein, which means you can eat chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimps, cuttlefish and also fruits and vegetables!. Also try an internet search on "high-protein" diets!. It's the same as a low carb diet!. You increase you proteins and decrease your carbs!. It works!. Very quickly!.

Also, don't ask anyone what time you can eat!. It's up to your body!. Ask your body what time you can eat!. It will signal to you!. Eat when you're hungry and stop when you're not!. That's all!. No one needs to tell you specific timings when you are "allowed" to eat!.

Do some aerobics or anaerobics exercises like jogging or skipping!. If you want something more fun, buy a few video tapes and do a different one daily!. Denise Austin's tapes are really good!.
