Question: How can i lose a few inches arounf my waist, thidh, and arms!?
I am 5'2 150 lbs i have a very thick and muscular body, but really want to slim down and not be so bulgy in muscles!. I'm short so it doesn't look good to be so thick!. Antone got any suggestions on what I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is the key!. Also do long reps weight training!. Many reps gives you more elongated muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WELL TRY TO EXERCISE EVERY MORNING & AFTERNOON AND JUST EAT BREAD AT NIGHT AND DRINK WATER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN (not cold water)!. Or try buying some diet pills!.!. but if ur a child dont drink diet pills!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
