Question: I need help!!!! Im really fat!!!!?
I am 13 and 156 pounds 5'4" and I have no strecth marks and Some of my weight is muscle since I Use to work out before I moved into the U!.S!.
I dont eat candy, ice cream, or any sweets!.


I dont want to be fat anymore Can someone help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Melissa! Start walking at least a mile a day a steady pace either on a treadmill or a school track, or just down the street!. After a week, start increasing your distance!. Then start using portion control for your meals!. Don't stop eating anything you are ingesting now, just smaller portions!. Eat fresh fruit and veggies in between meals!. Drink lots of water during the day!. Don't eat anything after 6PM; fluids are OK except for carbonated drinks!. I started doing this in January of this year and have shed 30 pounds!. See your doctor before embarking on any fitness regime!.

There are no quick fixes that will work in the long run!.

Remember - slow and steady wins the race!.

You need to do cardio and toning
Running
Cycling
Swimming - this is excellent as it combines both elements and is low impact!.

If you ever feel less than motivated I always say this to myself before I go for my daily run

'To have an athletic figure, I must do athletics!'

Food wise aim for;

200-300 cals for breakfast
60 cal snack
300-400 cals for lunch
60 cal snack
400-500 cals for dinner

Loads of water, I mean a lot!!! and spike it with some citrus fruit as this has an enzyme in it that quite literally eats fat!

These meals should be made up of good quality, close to source foods no alcohol, no pop not even the sugar free variety!.

Remember if you have to open a packet (not salads! I mean crisps and chocolate!) to get to it, it is probably man made, processed and full of crap, which in turn is counter productive!.

Another of my many mantras is

'if ya put rubbish in, ya get rubbish out!' I say that to myself when contemplating sticking a mars bar in my gob!

Also the average American hasn't a clue what a portion size is - if it's larger than your clenched fist then it's more than a portion!.

Do a lot lot of walking ( I do ) Just walk around your neighborhood Or when you do errands (I even make up excuses to get out of the house!. )
A pet could be perfect (a dog maybe ) I also do a lot of walking with my dogWww@Answer-Health@Com

walk everywhere!. when you would get a taxi walk, if its one little busride walk!.

i did this thing where i walked everywhere but also made sure i ran out of something so i had to go to the shops almost everyday by getting small quantity of food or washing powder etc!.

also if you can go to a gym try the 'treadclimber' you don't need to run and it burns more calories than if you ran for 30 mins!. !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
