Isa save your hard earned $!. I've been down this road b4 to find out that all that $ + all that hope was part of a yo yo diet!. Want to detox, when you get up pee weight yourself (this will be your true weight) then drink aprx 16 oz to 22 of water, after a while get yourself some breakfast with whole grains ( I love HGrains CHEERIOS) , throughout the day i have tea, not that junk from walmart, stuff from teavanna, or whole food market!. eat salad (the darker the leaves + nutritional value) no iceberg lettuce!. and a lot more!.!.!.!.!.+ exercise this shall cleanse your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
I heard about it, but don't know how safe it is!. I believe in detoxifing quaterly by doing it naturally!. I found this and it changed my life!.!.
