How do i stay true to my diet and excercise??????
ok i want to lose a couple pounds. i am not fat, just a little chub on my thys and about a half inch of fat on my stomach which is enough to make it stand out. i would like to have a flat stomach. i am an active person during the school year but in summer i just kind of sit around. i don't have any motivation to get up and excercise or eat healthy. i just grab a snack and sit down. is there anyone who knows some good easy excercises i could do? is there anything that could help me get motivated? all answers appreciated thanks

Will power!!! You have to tell yourself YOU CAN!!! Imagine how good you'll look when you're done. That's how I get through tough exercise routines.
