Lifting wieghts?!


Question: Lifting wieghts!?
will doing bicep curls before i go to bed and as soon as i wake up produce more results!?
these are not the only exercise im doing i have a whole routine but im just askingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Some people say its better to lift in the morning because of your metabolism!. I think that it is fine to lift at night but you should try to eat after you work or at least drink a protein shake!. Your muscles will not grow unless you give them enough protein to recover from each workout!. Try not to workout the same muscle two days in a row!. I workout each body part once a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't lift weights two days in a row!. One day cardio, one day weights!. I hope that works out for you!.
