Help Me Please I'm Desprate.?!


Question:

Help Me Please I'm Desprate.?

I'm 13 years old and i'm 50 pounds overweight. I only have 3 questions:

1. Does anyone have a daily diet for me to lose some weight, please no pills and stuff.

2. How do I motivate myself to get of my fat *** and exercise?

3. How do I measure in callories how much I eat per day, and how much callories can I eat per day if I wanna lose weight.

PLEASE HELP I'M DESPRATE I WANT TO LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS POSSIBLE BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS AGAIN.


Answers:

1-avoid fried foods, if you have to eat them eat little and then somthing big and good on the side like a lot of veggies or big salad
-eat as much good meat as you want like steak and chicken but not bad fatty meats (pork and hamburger)
-dont eat too much bread or rice,
-talk to your parents about cooking healthy meals to help you and open up and tell them how much it is bothering you so they understand and want to help you
-eat lots of fruit instead of chocolate and ice cream
-make yogurt drinks in the blender with low fat plain yogurt and berries or cherries or half apple +banana and some aspartame sweetener which taste like sugar, or very little suger
-you may eat as much vegetaable as you like, and remember steamed taste better than boiled, and sea salt taste better than regular table salt
-always drink lots of water, this will help you lose weight
-drink a cup of water before meals
-when youve had enuf to eat but want to keep eating stop and take a cup of hot tea
-you can chose one day a week to pig out, then you wont be completely deprived-
-fast food is always bad,if you have to eat it, get a baked potatoe from wendys or like grilled chiken sandwich no fries diet soda
-2-motivation-do not spend all your time in front of TV or video games or net! post a pic of yourself that you hate in your room and look at it-then take off walking, walk walk walk
if you like to dance turn on the radio and dance around,get a bike if you like to ride,see if your parents can get you into a gym, NEVER be to embarrassed to let ppl see you exercise, always be proud of your acheivments and if you fall back a little dont beat yourself up-stay positive. If you exercise at least one hour a day thats best, if your not used to it then start by walking thats pretty easy, 1 hour is not long if you consider how long we spend watching TV etc
3-you dont need to measure calories just eat more of whats good (fruits and veggies) and less of whats bad (bread rice fatty meat ) and exercise! motivation is personal, for some ppl its music to make them feel like moving, for some its health, for others certain movies or ppl motivate then, you have to find what motivates you GOOD LUCK
