My friend and I are going on a diet together.?

My friend and I are deciding to go on a diet together. I just weighed myself and I weight 127, the last time she weighed herself she was 136, but that was back in the winter months. We're both around 5'3''. We want to lose the weight healthily, but we wouldn't mind to lose it quickly.
-We've planned to drink lots of water and eat three smaller meals with snacks in between.

Can anyone give us any pointers, advice, on things to eat, not to do, what to do to make it come off easier and faster?

Don't worry, we both play field hockey, and it starts soon and we plan on exercising as well.

I will appreciate all the advice you can give to us.

We're not obsessed, we would like to be healthier. I am happy with who I am, and I would like to be a little happier with a little less fat and more muscle.


Answers:

**Celery, carrots, apples, oranges, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe are some of the greatest things you could eat as snacks. Dont go under 1400 calories cuz that would be unhealthy.

**Dont just watch how much you eat, but also WHAT you eat. Reduce your fat intake. Don't fry or deep fry things. Take the yolk out of eggs. Dont eat things like chips, pizza, ice cream, pop (if you eat 1 bad thing a week to reward yourself it's okay but dont make it a habit)

** Don't ever forget to eat breakfast cuz thats the most important meal.

** Dont eat anything 2 hours before you sleep. A piece of fruit or veggie would be okay.
