Question:

Please help???? :~(?

i've been really conscious of my body recently i have a really poor diet and hardly get out of the house so i get no excercise at all and i want to loose some weight. There's particular areas i want to lose weight on such as thighs stomach and arms.
does excercise make your muscles bigger making body parts such as thighs bigger?
If so are there any types of excercise which will make them smaller?
What types of excercise can get a flatter stomach quickly?
What types of excercise shrink thighs?
does green tea help you loose weight?
is 8 stone for a 5''6 13yrold girl overweight?

Answers:

Exercise only makes your muscles bigger when your training them to get bigger. It sounds to me like you just want to be toned. So a good cardio workout along with some weight training would be good. WORK OUT IN THE MORNING before you eat though, one it wakes you up and two it burns fat faster! But along with a good consistent exercise routine you need to eat correctly. Watch your sugar!!! I can't stress that enough. Don't eat fast food!!! No soda!!!!

About the green tea...

green tea is antioxidants not weight loss
weight loss is OOLONG tea :]

For your shrinking thighs thing... i do A TON of squats throughout the day. I start with 3 reps of 20 in the morning just to wake them up a bit. Then I do a total of 6 reps of 20 on top of the morning ones throughout the day. Do them when you watching t.v. or when your bored. It helps!

Flatter stomach- get a HUGE bouncy ball and do your crunches/sit ups on that! Burns the fat better than traditional sit ups

Hope it helped!

Remember watch what you eat, move around a lot, but have fun and be patient. Hard work pays off :]
