What do you think when you see this?
Help I am trying to lose 5-10 lbs.
To me that is nothing I have been dieting for a little over 2 months and I have lost 31 lbs.AND I have 34 more to go.
So when people are already small and they are trying to lose weight.They want a quick diet so they can lose some lbs.I say EXERCISE!!!!

You're right. People who aren't "fat" and want to lose 5-10 pounds their best bet is to exercise more. For people such as myself who was grotesquely overweight it took a drastic change of lifestyle to lose the weight.
