Question: Is this a good Summer exercise routine!?
4 laps around, run nonstop for at least 2 laps with out rest!. (My neighborhood, which is a mile around!.
50 push ups!.
75-100 sit ups!.
100 jumping jacks!.
2 more laps around neighborhood!.
Can you all tell me if this is a good routine each day!? If not, can you tell me what I should change!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working on stamina or getting a nice form then yes it's a prety good routine!. Can you really do 75-100 sit ups straight!?!? Because my friend can do up to 1,000 in 45 min and i can only do 30!. Im in good shape dough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
