Is jogging the best way to lose weight?!


Question: Is jogging the best way to lose weight!?
Ok i am like 5 7 and i wiegh like 160 lbs!. so today i started jogging in the morning ( 5:30 ) so if i jog everyday for a half hour how long will it take before i lose weight !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging is only one of several things you can do!. Fast walking is just as good as jogging so do what you prefer!.

Building muscle will help you slim down!. Muscle burns fat much more efficiently so lift those weights ! Use different muscle grps!. every day so you don't tire your muscles out!. You can use the same muscle grps!. every other day!.

Also, cut down on: Food!. You can eat all the veggies you want and a lot of fruit!., some fish, chicken or turkey breast red meat one a week!. Little or no bread, potato or noodles!. Brown rice a few times a week 1 cup for a guy or 1 1/4th cup tops!. NO BEER ! or booze at all!.

You might end up gaining a bit of weight but you'll be slimmer !!! !.!.!.and that's what counts!.

It's best to do both jogging and weights rather than just one!. Don't over do any of it or you'll defeat the entire thing and end up binging or injuring yourself!.

Just because your exercising doesn't mean your losing weight!. You need to eat healthy too!. Eat about 1500 calories a day and jog for about an hour a day!. Stay away from fatty, sugary and salty foods and eat mostly fruits, vegetables, fiber and protein!. If you do that then, it won't take long to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to use more calories than you take in, if you are not eating right you will not loose any weight!. So if you eat 3000 calories but you only burn 2500 during the day with jogging you will still be gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
