Are you thin??
Tell me how! I'm finally accepting that to be thin, I'll have to do what thin people do. This first started to occur to me 3 years ago when I was just finished scarfing down a ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel, while watching my ultra-thin coworker slowly working on her little container of yogurt. >giggle<
So tell me...you're thin...how do you do it? Even if you do crazy stuff, I want to know that too so I can decide how far I'M willing to go. Do you only eat every other day?! Or only eat one meal each day? Or go to the gym twice a day for two hours each time? Or only eat fruit?
Whatever it is, crazy or sane, please share your story with me. Thanks!

Well, for school we had to do a calorie count thing. According to my pyramid. org or whatever, I was suppose to eat exactly 2200 calories a day. What happened was that I was consuming only 1000 calories a day-sometimes even much less! I also don't eat in large portions becuase the portions they usually serve you is 3x times as much. What I usually do is get a small bowl and put only 1 helping in it; The small bowl is the only thing you need. I also don't eat large meals-only small ones during the day with snacks and stuff. I don't drink alot of soda-and no coffee. I drink only water.
I don't know about you-but that's my diet. The foods I eat always contain rice and some veggies, and little to no meat. For breakfast I eat a slice of bread with peanut butter with milk.
