Is this a good diet? a little wierd, but maybe it would work?
i am a 32 y/o guy 6'1, 230 pounds, i want to get down to 200. i plan on starting a weight lifting program only. no cardio as i see it as a waste of time for losing weight. breakfast will be one cup of special k protein plus cereal with just a little bit of milk, and 4 strawberries. same thing for lunch! then dinner will be anything i want. such as a cheeseburger with the works (lettuce tomato, onion, pickles), baked beans, and a couple of handfuls of potato chips. or maybe something like gereral tsos chicken with white rice and a fried vegetable eggroll and maybe a little wonton soup. i know that my dinner will not seem to be diet friendly.....but if 2 meals a day is the cereal with strawberries......wouldnt this kind of diet work for me? plus i would never feel deprived because dinners would be so interesting.

As long as you burn more calories then you eat then go for it. But think how much faster you would lose weight if you ate better at dinner.
