i'm already on a diet and i do some jogging and swimming and yoga and dancing ,
but how can get a flat stomach in 1 week ?
don't tell me it's impossible just give me a sollution !

Although I do not know your current condition I believe it is possible. Its good that u are already active and dieting but u need to get on with ab and oblique exercises. Since ur goal is to get them in 1 week This will be an intense wokout not it will consist of 3 wrkout sessions
Workout 1 - ab crunch machine 3 sets 25 reps
air bike 3 sets 25 reps
butt ups 3 sets 25 reps
Wokout 2- cable crunches 3 sets 25 reps
crunches on ball 3 sets 25 reps
decline reverse crunch 3 sets 20 reps
Workout 3- decline oblique crunch 3 sets 20 reps
cable crunches 3 sets 25 reps
ab roller(or barbell) 3 sets 20 reps
