How do you tell if a food is all natural?!

Question: How do you tell if a food is all natural!?
Answers:
"all natural" on a package is a coined phrase that really has no meaning whatsoever in terms of nutritional value or amount of processing!.

For instance, calcium supplements can say "all natural" when they are derived from rock, or clam shells ie, calcium carbonate; a very cheap way to produce calcium supplements but extremely inefficient in terms of utilization by the body!.

A product can start out with ingredients that are "from nature" but then proceed to be processed and deplete all of the goodness away, but still label their product "all natural"!.

plant it, water it, nurture it, celebrate it, harvest it and give gratitude, that's natural!Www@Answer-Health@Com
