How can i lose 20 pounds in 1 month?!


Question: How can i lose 20 pounds in 1 month!?
im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 219 pounds ive so far gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9!.i want to be around 200 pounds by june!.i know it can be done!.but i just need to know the kinds of food and exercise i will need to do!.thanks

also anyone know what would be a good weight for me to be at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats on your weight loss! I don't know if you can take off 20 lbs in a month and still maintain optimal health, but the more you have to lose the quicker you lose it in the beginning!.

My suggestion is to add more protein to your diet and ramp up your physical activity!. An average weight for your height is about 165 lbs, so you're at about the halfway mark!. Just keep doing what you've been doing up to this point with an increase in physical activity!. You'll get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should follow Balanced diet and do regular exercise!. But dont controll your food!. Eat everything which you like but at the same time go exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not eat any Wheat, sugar ,flour , gluten!. Read lables
Look for anything containing corn in any form!. Corn is in sooooo many foods, avoid it !. walk!.!.!. jog!.!.!. run!.!. move
