Question: How do i look slimmer!?!?

Okay, i'm 13, i weigh 52 kg and i'm 163cm!. My BMI is fine, it's 19!.6, slightly fat though!.!.!. >< I'm not overweight or anything like that, but i look fat, though my actual weigh isn't!.!.!. Do any of you feel that way!? And how can i change it!? Like not look fat!.!.!. Please help!.!.!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Tone up! Start doing some strenght training exercises and do sculpting workouts!. It helps when everything is firm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh lord!.!.isnt a BMI of 19!.6 indication enough that you are not fat!.!.or even slightly fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
depends on when your carry the extra weight!.!.mines in the tummy/hips so i wear loser fiting clothes around that area!.!.suck in tummy at all times and have good posture!.
