Hunger issues???
I used to eat normally like 3 regular size meals a day, with like one snack per day. Now, I get a little hungry and then I eat like 5 bites and I am way full. Other times for like a week, I am always starving! What is wrong with me and what can I do about it???

Nutritionists suggest people eat something every 2-3 hours. That seems like a lot, but instead of eating 3 huge meals, you can eat 6 small, healthy meals. Maybe your eating is too spaced out and your body is reacting.
