Question: Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast to a horrible crisp no one would eat!?
Answers:
Fresher bread takes longer to toast than older bread!. Having a setting for "incinerate" only toasts really fresh bread to be "well done"!. Personally, I dislike the smell AND the fact it sets off the smoke alarm!.
