Exercise is this okay?!


Question: Exercise is this okay!?
okay so im not fat or anything i just want to tone up

this is what im doing

15 mins on the elliptical i will gradually increase the duration but for now 15 mins e!.g next week 20 mins

45 reps of lifting 5kg weights i dont want to have big muscles arms just toned ones

and 30 crunches

around 10 mins of boxing on the punching bag thingWww@Answer-Health@Com

that actually seems fine, sounds like you want to tone up!. for someone with a pear shaped body it is easy to tone up, but more difficult to lose weight!.
i usually workout for half and hour doing cardio then i add ab work and lunges and cattle kicks

That sounds very good!. You definitely want to increase the duration of your workouts as you get into better shape!. I don't know what you are using the 5kg weights for, I'm gonna guess curls!. You will want to work out other parts of your body with light weights as well!. For legs you can do lunges or squats!. For back you can do one armed rows or many of the various machines at any gym!. For triceps you can do dips!. Do these all with light weights!. The 45 reps should be good for what you're looking for!. Boxing is one of the best workouts you can get!. Try to get an experienced person to show you how to punch correctly (it will help you get more out of the workout), as it is very hard to explain in writing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everything looks fine except for the reps!. 45 is alot of reps!.It depends on what exercises you are doing, but you really should do a total body toning workout!. Try Pilates at least 3 times a week if you have the time!. That'll tighten and tone your whole body very nicely !.Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
