Losing weight?
me and my mates have started a new diet/ exercise plan.
we eat healthy, im a vego, so i dont eat meat but i eat loads of fruit and veges so i have a good source of iron. im also eating nuts, cereals and grain (all the usual stuff you would eat on a basic diet.) We're also drinking loads of water and for exercise each day an hour of slow walking, 100 sit ups and twice a week a cardio-dance-lesson which goes for an hour. Is this a deffinite way to lose weight? Any tips or extra stuff we can do?

Sounds like you've got a great thing going! Keep it up. I would suggest you add some stretching daily, after your other exercises. Stretching to the side makes a big difference quickly in your waist size, which give you a mental boost to keep going! Also, try to gradually increase your walking speed. Sit ups aren't my favorite for abs. I prefer crunches because I feel they've been very effective for me, but that might be personal preference.
