Question: Help!. I'm lanky and I'm trying to get stronger!?
Okay so I'm 15 years old, 6 feet tall, and 150 pounds!. I want to get buffer!. I have a high metabolism so its hard to bulk up!. So I was wondering, if I do 200 pushes everyday will I get buffer!. I did 200 yesterday in about 6 minutes and my triceps are kinda sore today but overall im fine!. How can i get bigger and buffer!? will 200 pushups a day do the trick!? or will it make me lose weight!? im kinda skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sure!
Continue doing push-ups, but I would also add pullups so you are working your biceps!. If you don't want to lift heavy weights, you can just get some dumbells, and do butterflies to work your outer chest muscles!. You are going to have to do something for your lower body, though, or you will look funny with a buff upper body and skinny legs!.

There's just one more thing - you MUST take supplements so you don't lose weight with all this exercising you're doing!. Get some protein and whey powder mix from a health store!. Eat a lot of food, too!. I would eat like every 3 hours at least!.

Just know - you don't need heavy weights to bulk up!. Gymnasts only use resistance training, and their own body weight, and look how huge they are!. Also, soldiers and marines don't lift weights in boot camp, but they get prety buff in 13 weeks!. So don't let anyone tell you you need to lift weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
