I read an interesting article on this topic in a science magazine some while ago!. It seems that there is a human condition called "rabbit starvation"!. It occurs where people often eat rabbit!. Apparently the energy required to digest the meat is higher than the energy contained in it!. Eating nothing but, a person can starve to death, after losing too much weight!. you need calories for energy, and everything has calories, expect water!. foods that are good for losing weight are: lean meats, chicken breast and turkey breast, vegetables, fruit, water, fish, nuts,anything natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I been doing this week Rice Cakes!.!.!. really filling and there are caramel ones which are sweet tasting and lovely and only 51 calories each I believe!.!.!.!. two of those and I am full up, believe me - I eat about 6 a day plus a small meal!.!.!. also, kiwi fruits are good and about 50 cals each, small oranges!.!.!. tip for ya! Stay away from White bread, cakes, stodge, spuds, anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
