Ballet Diet?!

Question: Ballet Diet!?
I'm healthy right now, but as a ballet dancer, I want to be more healthy!. I'm 13, 5' 6", and 115 pounds!. What kind of a diet should I have!? Oh, and please don't say something like dancers are anorexic-the majority of them are not-if you had their job, you would be thin, too!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My god! Please DON'T do what the I Messed Up Didn't I!? girl said too!! That is MAJOR unhealthy and could very well give you permanent health problems!!

Now, if you do ballet now, odds are you get some nice exercise in!. I recommend yoga or pilates also!. (To improve your flexibility)
As for diet I would recommend you try to eat organic!. As a dancer I've found it gives you so much more energy and is over all healthier!. Eat plenty of fruits to replace your normal snacks and I think that will help a bit!. :) Also, since your a vegetarian (I am too) try to eat some nuts or tofu to make sure you keep your protein levels up!.
Green vegetables are a good choice also!.
You are at a good weight at the moment for your height and age so try to maintain that!.
Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
