if you drink a cup of green tea before you eat a meal you will eat less, it also has tons of antioxidants, and it's been proven to lower blood pressure!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
overall it really has no impact unless you are on a strict diet and workout regime!. It speeds up your metabolism a little, but if expect to lose weight by just drinking green tea and neglecting diet and exercise it really doesnt make youi loose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
