Question: I'm Sick Of My Weight Problems!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.ok I've tried every diet going over the past 6 years most have helped me maintain my weight which was alright!. But the last 3 months I've moved house I'm now exercising more, eating healthier and I put on a large amount of weight!.

In the last 3 months I have now put on just over 2stone, my clothing doesn't fit!. I'm now on another diet set by the Dr and I'm now taking adios however since I've been taking these pills I've had incredible stomach pains!. I have maintained my weight for the past 2 weeks!.

I'm wondering if any one has any idea about just what on earth I can do!. I have a lateral thigh trainer which I use for half and hour to an hour a day or I walk 2 miles to town and 2 miles back!. I hate my body so much I'm getting so I don't even want to leave the house!.

Let me tell you something very simple that I did!. I recently lost 27 pounds over 5 months by doing something that many us know to do, but jut don't:

Drink 8 glasses of water a day!.
Have your colon cleansed (I used 365 OTC cleanser from Whole Foods, but I recommend that you consult your Dr!. first)
Cut out ALL sugar and ALL fried foods!.
Eat plently of vegetables and some fruit!. Don't eat too much fruit because it has natural sugar in it and sugar turns to fat!.
Restrict your starch portions!. Starch turns to sugar, which turns to fat!.
I stopped eating chicken, pork, and beef because of the parasites that get released in the intestines, but if you decide to keep eating these, eat about one portion per day (about the size of an average person's fist)!.

Something else that helped me is realizing that I'm not on a diet, but am investigating how to eat healthier for life, not just a couple months until I get down to the size I want, only to eat bad food again and balloon back up!.

Keep in mind that you cannot exercise without changing your diet and expect to lose weight!. While exercising contributes to your overall health, only about 15% of weight loss comes from exercising, which means the things you eat has got to change!.

Some weight loss experts recommend checking your weight each morning, but I decided to check my weight once a month so that I don't get obsessed with it!. The truth of the matter is that if you are exercising, you may gain just a bit of weight because your muscle mass is growing!. With the a healthy diet, you will easily the bit of weight you may gain from working out!.

Don't expect to lose 20 pounds in month or anything ridiculous like that!. When losing weight healthily, you should only lose 2 pounds at the most each week!. Don't try to lose more than that!. It is dangerous!. It strains the heart and lowers your immune system!.

Finally, pay attention to the calories that you eat!. I am 5'7" and 195 pounds and am supposed to eat about 1400 calories per day!. This is a lot of food!. You must eat to lose weight!. One day, I had Herbal tea, one scrambled egg, one vegetarian sausage, and a cup of soy milk for breakfast; a power bar for brunch; one portion of salmon, collard greens, and one medium sweet potato (cut up and seasoned only with allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon) for lunch; two all natural fig bars (much better than fig newtons) for a snack; and shrimp salad with minimal croutans, salad dressing, and a quarter pound of shrimp!. This is just an example!. Find out how many calories you are to eat per day to lose weight healthily and stick to it!.

Personally, I have decided to eat all natural foods!. I fill better without all the fillers and empty nutrients!. These are some of things, along w/ meat, that contribute to an impacted colon!. The only cons are that all natural foods are more expensive than inorganic foods (I spend about $300 a month on organic food when I would spend about $150 a month on inorganic food), and I have to go to 4 stores to get all of the items I need: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Food Lion (for sweet potatoes and collard greens), and Kroger (for seafood)!.
