Tips for exercising over the summer?!
Question: Tips for exercising over the summer!?
About three weeks ago I started utilizing the gym on campus and eating healthy (getting rid of the awful freshmen 15)!. I already lost almost ten pounds and I feel amazing!. My problem is what to do for exercise during the summer!? I have asthma so that limits my cardio activities to power walking!. I have no license to drive to a local gym and no money to buy equipment!.
I need to know how to finish getting down to a healthy weight and maintain it during the summer!. I weighed 130lbs at the beginning of '07 and got up to 150 during this school year!. Now I'm almost down to 140 and I really want my 130 body back!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
go out side, utilize the fresh air and sun shine! Try roller blading and riding a bike, If you can power walk you can do those things!. On rainy days, try a low impact work out DVD/tape, you can pick them up for like 8$ at Wall mart or where ever!
Best of luck! And keep up the good work!. I know how your feeling, I've lost about 12 lbs and I feel great!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going to be starting it tomorrow!. It looks like a great workout to me!. As for cardio, I would suggest running or anything else you wouldn't need equipment to do!. If you do get a little cash, buy an exercise ball!. They're not to expensive and the work great!. You should also try to pick up some exercise DVD's!. Kickboxing is a great one!.
