Why the frick?!


Question: Why the frick!?
I weigh 120 and am 5' 9", obviously pretty skinny!. I'm not like a stick, but I don't have much build!. I have a gym membership and I go there a couple of times a week and do arm curls, ab stuff, tricep stuff, etc but I never gain weight or change body shape!.

I eat pretty healthy, and eat quite a bit of protein, is there something I'm doing wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know how old you are, but if you are a teen, you may lack specific hormones that induce muscle growth!.!.!. and you'll get them later!.

If you are an adult, you may need to consume either more protein (due to a higher than average metabolism) or consult a trainer to maximize your efforts at the gym!.!.!. it may be that you simply need more repetitions in your workout, or just an adjustment to the scheduling and order you do your sets in!.
