Obsession with calories?!


Question: Obsession with calories!?
ugh!. usually i eat -1500 calories a day (burn off more than i eat)!.!.!.today i'm only at -802!. what is wrong with me!? i eat healthy and normally, (relatively so, usually 800-900 calories on light-workout days, and under 1200 on intense kickboxing days)!.!.!.but if i come to close to not burning any calories i freak out!. right now i'm going to 'get rid' of some of the cals from dinner!. is this an eating disorder or just serious OCD over food and exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

While it's important to watch your calories, you should in no way attempt to rigorously stick to a schedule like I think you are doing!. Your body needs routine, but we are not machines, therefore we can't really be too hard on ourselves!. Please don't hurt your diet by being so tight!. I see that caloric intake and output are important to you, and I can respect that!. But I honestly think you should be a bit more lenient!.

See, I think you have some fear about gaining weight or not seeing results!. To rid this fear our bodies attempt to compartmentalize and become intertwined in diets, as some sort of fail-safe!. Don't worry, it's natural to be off the norm sometimes!. Just realx and maybe tomorow will be a better day!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably ok!. It's good to be aware of what you are putting into your body calorie wise!. I'd be more concerned if you were total missing meals or pigging out and barfing!.

Don't view it so much as a daily thing but more as a weekly thing!. That might help a little!. So if you eat under one day and over another, its ok just as long as it balances itself out at the end of the week!.

I don't know!. I've been having the same problem!.!.!. though I don't think as severe as yours!. I'd talk to someone!. Just in case!. Maybe someone who won't throw it out of proportion if it's nothing, but will get you help if it's not nothing!.
