How will i lose weight?!


Question: How will i lose weight!?
My height is 5"8' i weigh at around 152lbs!. i've already lost weight last summer but i gained it again during the holidays!. at least every two days i jog, bike or walk!. my problem is how to lessen my food intake!. pls help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The answer isn't less!. It actually is probably more!.

I am not crazy I am just speaking from experience!. The best way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism!. Think of your metabolism as a muscle, the more you work on it the stronger it becomes!. So what I would recommend is that you plan your meals out, you need to eat at least every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism working throughout the day!. When your metabolism gets used to this regular intake it will process the food more quickly rather than storing it as fat because it knows more is coming!. Really 5-6 meals a day would be ideal, each one consisting of 300-400 calories of food!. Try to make sure each meal has some protein and high quality fiber in it!.

Adding fiber into your meal is crucial for overall heath!. Fiber (soluble) absorbs water making your feel fuller and for much longer time!. For example, plain oatmeal is high in soluble fiber with attract water to keep you satisfied for hours!. However, eating cereal that is high in sugar and low fiber causes you to get hungry very quickly!. Insoluble fiber help move the food faster through the stomach and intestines to prevent constipation and other disease!. It is recommended to consume about 25-35 grams of fiber per day

This will send your metabolism soaring upwards and your waste line inwards!. Extra calories also means extra energy to workout and less of a drained feeling throughout the day!. This type of diet is more effective because it won't have the kind of seesaw effect that many other fad diets do!. Please!. You do not need to loose weight!. I am 5' 8" and weight 205!. I would kill to weight 152!. That is the perfect weight for your height!.

If you really want to lessen your food intake, then stop eating when you are full and always eat when you are hungry!. If you starve yourself, you slow your metabolism and in return, you will gain weight when you start eating normally again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not over weight for your height though but maybe you mean you gain belly fats during holidays and you have no problem because you said you
