Answers:
it is true to say WHITE bread is not good for you, if you stay away from the 5 white things: bread, sugar, pasta, eggs, and rice you will lose considerable amounts of weight at these things do not give you full nutrition and do not fill you up as long!. That is why there are GOOD carbs and BAD carbs, and example of good carbs would be brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or whole wheat breads!. It is okay to eat bread, after all you do need wheat in a healthy balanced diet but whole wheat is the better choice and eating it sparingly is perfectly healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the idea behind the atkins diet (i!.e!. no carbs) is that carbs are easily broken down into glucose, which is what your body uses for energy!. and if its easily broken down then your body will look to it for energy before anything else!. That way your body spends more energy breaking down the protein you eat and has to pull from your fat stores to do it!.

its not that carbs are bad, its just its harder to loose fast if you stay on emWww@Answer-Health@Com

I stay away from simple carbs- white bread, white rice, white flour, etc!.
Check the label on that Whole Wheat Honey Bread!. Most commercial breads are loaded with corn syrup!. I like the Food for Life products- they're just so much healthier and don't have all the chemicals and junk of other breads!.

what they probably mean is to stay away from white bread because the carbs are converted into sugar if you don't use them all up!.!.!.!.whole grains are a different story because you need fiber and they don't have as much sugar like the white bread doesWww@Answer-Health@Com
