Question: FAT, WEIGHT HELP! Pleaseeee! (pic!)!?
Ok, i KNOWWWW i ask plenty of weight questions, but i need to know, HOW can i lose like 15-20 pounds by the second week of June!? I KNOW it wont be done in a healthy way, but as of now IDC!.!.i will go back to healthy eating ways once i don't have to be in a bikini all summer lol
I am currently 134 pounds and 5'9 at 15 yrs old!. Please don't tell me i'm a good weight now!.!.!.i want to weigh less, ok!?

Eat nothing but vegetables and unsalted nuts!. Join a gym and work out for about four hours a day!. By the way, you are very pretty and if you don't lose that weight, then every girl will still be jealouse!. :) I am your same weight but i am five feet tall!. I do not think that you have an eating disorder like some of the other comments claim!. You just worked hard for your body, how should they know if you don't eat enough!? I understand that you want to lose weight!. 93% of all girls do!. I think that I am fat but everyone calls me skinny!. Some people like us look at themselves differently!. See a psychiatrist!. This is getting ridiculous, you seem to have nothing else on your mind other than how you will look in a bikini! And the fact is, most people wont care less how you look in a bikini!. Many would be envious of your figure as it is now, stop obsessing over a damn number!. The only way is to burn off more calories than you consume!. That would mean small , sensible meals and lots of exercise!.

You don't need to LOSE weight, what you want is to tone your abs!. All you need to do is 100 crunches everyday!. Space them out though!. Don't do them all in one sitting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't just a good weight, you are already slightly below the average weight!. Your body looks incredible!

I doubt you will be able to lose any weight at all, but I do know how you would be able to improve your looks!.

Instead of dieting, just try reducing what you eat by only eating until you feel full!. Avoid soft drinks with a passion!

As for exercises, when you want to burn any fat, running or swimming are key as they involve the largest muscles in your body (in your legs and butt!)

I would advise you not to reduce your weight by anything like that much, as you would actually classify as underweight - which is potentially unhealthy!. I would suggest instead that aim for toning!. Weight doesn't have to mean fat!. If you're really that desperate to look 'good', then you should ensure that you eat a relatively balanced diet and undertake a controlled, targeted fitness regieme!. You'll be suprised how much difference it can make in a fairly short amount of time as long as you apply a little willpower!. Don't go crazy though!. Consider runs maybe twice a week, with some appropriate CV thrown in!. An ideal thing would be circuit training!. You can do it alone, or with someone who can help motivate you!. There's lots of guidance online and they require little specialist equipment!.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

I'm a 16 year old guy and have a 2 girl best friends with your problem!.

I would recommend that you eat more vegetables and fruits!. When eating a salad, try to not have it with dressing or crutons!. Eat chicken as it is a pretty lean meat!. AVOID HAMBURGERS AND HOT DOGS AT ALL COSTS!. Avoid any junk food such as donuts, chips, cookies, chocolates, ice cream, or anything like that!. DO NOT DRINK ANY SODA WHAT SO EVER!. Instead always have a bottle of water in your hand and drink OJ or apple juice!. Flavored water is an excellent replacement for sweet drinks!. Eat more whole grains instead of white bread and white bagels!. Start running every day or every other day!. Do not do any ab workouts as this will increase your muscle composition and not help you loose weight!. I think you are trying to tone down!. You must first eliminate fat before you can become tone!. When your fat drops, then you can begin doing core workouts!. Take vitamins to help upkeep your nutritional needs!. Drink milk and eat yougurt!. AVOID FAT FREE YOUGURT!. Your body needs fats to replace the energy that you loose when working out!.

I won't tell you you're a good weight because you are NOT!. For a tall girl, you are anywhere from 10-20 lbs underweight as it is, and to drop another 14 starts to strain your internal organs, your bones, and your muscles!. Skeletal muscle strain and decreased bone density a person can shrug off temporarily, but making your heart, kidneys, and digestive tract angry is a huge no no!. Any weight you lose will come from water and fatty deposits used to cushion your insides, and will not improve how you look in a bikini, which is generally a function of first your bone and muscle structure and second the fatty content immediately under your skin!.

I don't mean to be pushy, and I'm making it a deliberate point to be as nonjudgemental as possible, but I would strongly suggest you talk to people close to you about how you feel about yourself and what you see when you look in the mirror!.

It particularly worries me that you're so open about not caring about your health!. Summer ends, and any guys (or girls, whatever floats your boat, I don't care) come and go when you're 15, and in the end, all you'll have to show for your current "efforts" is a permanently damaged body!. 15 year old bodies are very resilient, but you can still hurt yourself pretty seriously!.

There are ways to rapidly drop weight, but they all center around dehydration!. I know was a scientist, not from personal experience, but I'll leave it to you to look it up for yourself, if you really want, because I wouldn't be able to live with the partial responsibility if you took what I knew and hurt yourself!. Note that a lot of young dehydrators have died suddenly from sudden heart and kindey failure!.

BTW You're probably going to hear only what you want to hear, I know, and try drastic plans anyway!. In the event of that, note that the master cleanse stuff is 100% BS!. Also, there are no such things as diet foods, just long term healthy food choices!. Don't waste your money on these products!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
