Weight Watchers / Weight Watchers Online?!


Question: Weight Watchers / Weight Watchers Online!?
I have been thinking about joining weight watchers and I sat in on one meeting and it seemed pretty motivating but I'm just not sure if I would want to go to or have time to make the meetings every week!. I was curious if anyone has done weight watchers online(or Both) and if so is it just as good as regular weight watchers!.

Or if you have tried both, which of the 2 plans were more effective for you!. Weight watchers online seems more convenient but at the seem time it seems like one would be missing out on the motivation that is given from others that are on the program!. Plus there is no weight in!.!.!.which means knowone is watching!. I almost feel like if someone else was weighing me other than myself then that would definely help because I would be too embarassed to let someone see that I gained weight rather than losing it!.

My mother attends weekly weight watcher meetings, and has said that it helps to have other people around her to motivate her!. She has never done the online type though- she isn't that computer savy, and I think it helps her to have someone "hold her accountable!." She actually attends with a coworker, and the two of them motivate each other outside of meetings as well!. It is just my opinion (from what I have witnessed) that it helps to have a group of people around you going through the same things, than just sitting at home going through it yourself!. If you have an off week, are you going to lie and say you lost- or are you going to be down and not have the will to try harder next week!? If my mom ever gained weight, she had the support of the other people in the meeting, and the ability to ask questions about certain food to eat, what not to eat, the best alcohol to drink, etc!. I believe that it helps to be surrounded by people going through the same thing as you-to encourage when doing well, and support when struggling!. And don't worry, my mom has meetings Wednesday nights, and then also has a second commitment that night, so she some weeks only has time to weigh in, and then has to skip the meeting- it still works for her though- so don't worry if you can't attend every single week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before going in for the program, consider if u can stick to it life long!. If not, it will not succeed!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am currently on weightwatchers!.I am doing it online as my life is pretty busy with three kids so I feel I can fit in like this!.
I have done the meetings and I feel it is better!.The reason I say this is that I feel chuffed when I am congratulated each week i feel supported etc!.!.Dont be put off by meetings,the leader will never ever go mad at you if for instance you gained!.!.also nobody else sees anything,the scales are discreet,your leader can only see how much you weigh and then will talk to you without anyone hearing!.
I feel the meeting gives you more incentive to try and lose that week and also you do get support so please dont feel frightened in going!!! I hope this helped!.!.good luck & best wishesWww@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
