Question: I want to lose 10 lbs!. and tone up my body FAST! any tips!.!.!.!?
I'm 5' 6" and I weigh 127 lbs!. From what I've researched that is about the normal weight for this height!. Well as we all know summer is coming!.!.!. and I want to tone up everywhere!.!.!. especially my ABS and THIGHS/HIPS/BUTT!. I eat relatively healthy and workout everyday!.!.!. but I cannot lose any weight!.!.!. I just keep putting in on!.!.!. and it's not muscle weight!. Anyone have any tips on how to lose fat and to tone up the "trouble areas"!? Anything would be great!

Running!.!.!.how many competitive long distance runners have you seen with big thighs or butt!. You won't be able to do it fast but considering you have ~2 months until summer kicks into high gear that should be enough time!. You can start off slow (i!.e!. 1-2 miles and gradually work your way up)!. Also, don't forget you need a balance of proper nutrition, resistance and cardio excercise, and sometimes good supplements (ripped fuel or any thermognenic fat burner)!.
For thighs:
- quads - do wall sits!. Put your back against a wall and pretend you're sitting in a chair!. Hold as long as you can!. Back up, then repeat!.
- Butt/quads: do Lunges (no weights)!. Walk across the floor doing thigh bends (your knee should almost hit the ground)!. Go slow and concentrate
- hamstrings - get an ab ball!. lay on the ground and put your feet up on the ball (extended)!. With your butt off the ground use your hampstring muscles to pull the ball into your butt!. Extend out and repeat
- Also do inner/outer thigh machine or use resistance bands (get a trainer at the gym to show you)!.
- Eating and stomach (abs)
You can (and should) eat 5-6 semi-small nutritious meals!. Don't load up with 'tons' of food!.
You can try eating various things: fresh fruit, chicken, brown rice, broccoli, beef jerky, protein shake, applesauce (no sugar added), veggies, lean ground turkey, turkey sausages, Low sugar protein bars (or try Kashi bars)!. Oh, and substitute any junk food with Odwalla bars (the choco!. chip ones are fabulous and have 8 grams of protein)!.
If you eat ~7 a!.m!. ~10 a!.m!. 1p!.m!. 4 p!.m!. 7p!.m!. (and 10 p!.m!. if you're up late you should be great!. Get your excercise/workout in b/w any of those meals (or directly prior)
- You don't need many weights or machines!. You can get one of those ab balls online or at a Target/Wal-mart for like $10-$15!. Do abs using the ball!.!.!.always works your core!. Also get some resistance bands and you can work your legs (outer thighs) as well!. Go for a run or do some sprints to get in better shape!. Pick up some sports/activities with your friends!.
- Lower abs!. Do leg lifts (hold weights in your feet, or lay on ball and do them)!. Leg raises (where you hang in the air and rotate your knees to your chest)!. Get with a trainer at a gym to show you some new funky ab exercises
- Oblique exercises (twisting)!. Do a lot of these using the ab ball: sit on the ball hold a 10 lb weight and walk your feet forward!. 'Lay down' and with the weigh above you twist to one side-up-pause-twist to the other side!. Ensure you're using your obliques to do the work!. Email me for more tips!.
- Do sprint repeats!. It's starting to get warm enough to do these outside so that's good!. Jog to warm up (~1/2 mile)!. Then do 8 sets of repeat sprints (start with ~100m and gradually move up to ~200m as you get in better shape)!. Basically you sprint all out, then slow jog (really slow) back!. Repeat 8 times!. The first one you want to go only ~3/4 speed since your body will still be warming up!. Make sure you stretch afterwards as your hamstrings will be sore the next day (especially after the first time)!.
- Start taking a thermogenic fat burner (will burn fat faster when your body temp rises - i!.e!. working out), ripped fuel, or hydroxycut hardcore before your workouts!. Don't exceed the daily recommended allowance and drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Step 1: Drop the word "tone" from your vocabulary!. "Tone" was invented by some dude in a leotard trying to sell infomercial exercise machines!. Remove it!.

Step 2: If you weigh the proper weight, then it sounds like you want to build muscle mass to fill out your figure!. This is a matter of diet AND exercise!. You need to get to the gym and start on a beginner's bodybuilding plan (don't worry, you won't get uber-buff like a guy, and if you start to get there, you can just stop the program)!. You also need to get on a low-carb, high protein diet plan!. Sites like Bodybuilding!.com are great for beginners!. They even have a few women-specific and teen-specific beginner workouts that you can try!. well wat i do isrun evryday i can and try to eat less i was 120 pounds and now im 103 and im 5'2'' and i have thesame problem i still have that stomache but im gonna stick to a daliy rotine and you should too1 just exercise everyday and somethmes you also need to eat less like a bowl size instead of a plate size!! hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
