Question: I want to get a better looking stomach!?!?!?
Hi, my mother said I could get my belly button pierced and I have decided that I want to!. I am already pretty skinny!. I've been doing some yoga and it's giving me a little more muscle!. But I'm sure you people know a better way!. Sorry, I'm really bad at wording these type of questions lol!. So if you could just tell me some exercises or give me some links that'd be useful to me I'd really appreciate it!.

well, your weight already sounds great, but it kind of depends on what your body fat percentage is more than weight!.

well anyways, it's pretty easy!. There are so many AB workouts!. Crunches/situps only work 1 muscle, you have to do a variety of workouts to work your whole stomach!. You can find these on the internet pretty easily!.
But doing ab workous doesn't actually make your stomach smaller, only stronger, there will still be a layer of fat covering your muscles!. To get rid of that do cardio basically!.!.!.and eat healthy!. Note that eating healthy is NOT denying yourself of calories/carbs!.!.!.escpecially since your a growing teen, your body needs lots of nutrients!. Just eat healthy foods, basic knowledge!. avoid stuffing yourself all day long, have a good breakfast, a good lunch and a good dinner, and have small snacks throughout the day!. I personally love mucnhing on all types of fruits plainly just because there so good!.!.!.pineapples, apples, peaches, tangerine/orange, bananas, strawberties, etc!.!.!.wow i just love fruit haha!. xD
well basically - don't look at it the way the rest of the world is at the moment!. It's OKAY to eat calories and carbs, escpecially if you have gym for example everyday as a teen, the carbs you need will give you energy!. Don't stare yourself or not eat something because it has a few carbs or calories, just eat in moderations and understand basic knowledge on eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
