Will this be enough to effect my weight?!


Question: Will this be enough to effect my weight!?
If I use an elliptical for 45 minutes 3-5 days a week, and do 30 minutes of pilates 3 times a week!? Or should I do them both 5 days a week!? I also plan on portion control for my diet and drinking ONLY water!. I know these questions are asked a lot, but I just realized that I'm not a size 5 anymore!.!.!.and I'm almost not my size 9!. When is a reasonable amount of time to expect to see results!? I normally give up when I don't see results!.!.!.so maybe a time frame to look forward to will help me out!. You should see pretty fast results if you do these things!. Like probably you will notice a difference in under 2 weeks!. Doing cardio and pilates is an excellent combination if you want results fast!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when working on a machine (such as an elliptical) you want to take a day or 2 break between because you will overwork the muscles and end up hurting yourself and you'll be unable to do anything for a while! and you should definitely see results but it can take a month maybe 2 or more for some people!. don't give up! best wishesWww@Answer-Health@Com

so far, so good!. make sure you eat healthy foods, a well balanced diet!. even if you only eat small amounts, if it's not healthy food, you won't be healthy!. you might notice the way your clothes fit before you notice weight loss!. don't weigh too often so you don't get discouraged!. you've got a good start, so don't give up too quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
