Question: Do you think olives are bad for you in large amounts!?
I am completely addicted to tinned green olives - it started on holiday in Spain (those tiny plates they do in tapas bars) and now I have found Crespo taste almost as good!. I seriously could eat them all day, and have actually been know to eat up to four tins a day!. Given the sodium content!.!.!.!.am I endangering my health!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The olives themselves aren't bad!. Like you state, though, the sodium is brutal!
4 tins a day WILL increase your blood pressure significantly! Watch out there! At least, get some cardio in daily where you sweat a lot, and try rinsing the entire tin before you eat!.!.!.wash off some of the salt!.

well i would say that like everything else moderation is the key
i would imagine if you ate too many then it wouldnt be a great idea!. for starters sodium is very bad for your body in large amounts for sure!.
