How can I get big arms! (biceps,triceps)?!


Question: How can I get big arms! (biceps,triceps)!?
iam 16 years old and iam trying to get big arms!. I do dumbell curls and barbell curls like 10 reps and 3 sets!. I been doing like 3-4 months!.!. i see little result!. I been taken whey protein for like 4 weeks now!. is there any other supplement i could take!? is there diffrent type of workouts i can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your triceps make up about 3/4 of your arm's size!. I have found that weighted dips put on mass quick in conjunction with tricep pulldowns and skullcrush!. As for biceps, i work mine in three different grips!. Wide, to work the inside bicep!. Close (about shoulder width), to work the head!. Reverse, to work the outer!. I do 3 sets of each grip/exercise for a total of about 9 sets on each muscle!. Each set i go to failure i don't go to a certain number!. For supplements and protein, you should take 1gram of protein per pound of body weight!. I take BSN's N!.O!. Xplode before my workouts to increase nitric oxide in my blood to get more of a "pump"!. I take BSN's Cellmass after my workouts as a creatine product!. I have found this to help me make big gains!. Just taking supplements won't get you big, it all takes hard work, eating lots of complex carbs, and proper rest!

You should ask your school couches if they have a Weight Training class!. If you wake up early in the morning you can take that Weight Lifting Beginner's class and be helped by professionals at school!. My brother took Protein and all it helped, you've only been taking it for four weeks so you should wait a little bit more!. Also, you could always talk to your couches they do know a whole lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think every normal teen guy has this problem!. i take premiumprotein and it helps me!. if your looking for size then about the 9th to the 10th rep you should be trying really hard but if your looking for lean strong muscle then you should do less weight and more reps!. when your doing bicep curls make sure to bend the arm at the elbow this will help isolate the muscle and not waste any effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want bigger arms, concentrate more on the triceps area!. It's the biggest muscle group on your upper arms (triceps = three muscles), so you'll want to pump those bad boys up as much as possible!.

Good job with the biceps!. Don't forget your forearms, too!. Strong forearms are a must if you want to have strong arms!.

try doing push-ups in the night and when you are sweating just go drink about a cup of milk and go to sleep that should really help you grow muscles fasterWww@Answer-Health@Com
