Question: How can I make my LEGS skinner !? Mainly thighs, my stomach is skinny then why are my legs not !?

Ugh i have the same problem!.!.!.the only thing that has worked for me is not getting them to be skinner but more tone!. I do lunges and squats which makes them tone!.!.!.not super muscular but nice looking!. You cant really just get your legs skinner but you can make them look nice!.

Well, I think that every individual body has its own way of distributing the fat that you consume!. Some people have more fat on their legs while others have more fat near their stomach and other places!. You could exercise more---running, swimming, and other physical activities!. I think you're fine the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Us girls store fat on our hips and legs to prepare for child birth!. There is no way to get rid of fat on one part of your body!. You have to reduce your caloric intake by 300 calories per day!. Increase your cardiovascular training to build up to 45-60 minutes 5 days per week!. It is better to do interval training such as sprinting and jogging or walking than just jogging the same distance!. It burns more calories because your heart has to work harder!. You also have to do some resistance training!. Walking lunges are great for leaning out legs!. Do high repetitions such as 30 -40 with little to no weight!. Circuit training would be great!. Do a 4-6 resistance exercise one after another!. I recomend high reps 20-40 of each exercise with low weights!. Do the circuit 3-6 times!. Do multi joint exercises such as squats, clean and press, push-ups and lunges!. Don't waste your time doing single joint movements such as biceps curls!. You work your biceps when you do push-ups and burn more calories because you are working more muscle groups!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
