Any good exercises for your back?!


Question: Any good exercises for your back!?
I'm asking this for two reasons!. I tend to have back problems and I think with a little strengthening it would help so much! Also!.!.!.I'm getting married in July and have a dress that shows a lot of back!. I really want to look good and have a toned back!.

upper back - bent over flies!. lay on your stomach, on a bench, chair, or just bend over so your back is parallel to the ground!. hold a light weight in each hand and let your hands hang down!. then slowly bring your arms up (keeping them straight) until they are level with your back (try squeezing your shoulder blades together in the process)!. the motion should look wings flapping backwards, hence the name bend over fly!.

lower back - back extension!. lay on the ground on your stomach with your legs together and your hands straight out in front of you!. then lift your legs, arms and neck so that you are balancing on your stomach and hold for about 1-2 seconds!. thats one rep!. its almost like a crunch for your back!. Another variation is to bend over with your back parallel to the ground and then slowly lift your back so that you are standing straight!. thats one rep!.

try doing 3 sets of as many reps as you can do without hurting yourself (you want to feel the burn)!. if you start having back problems then modify or stop the exercise!. I hope this helps, congrats on getting married!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because of a car accident when I was a kid, I have a bad back!. Sitting up straight in your chair is a good way to start!. Laying flat on your stomach, focusing on the two pipe on the small of your back by lifting your torso of the floor is a good one!. You can also bob and weave like a boxer from side to side and front to back to tone up not only your back, but your sides and abs as well!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have back problems too and my therapist gave me this exersices!. !.!.!. standing up open ur legs and touch your toes from one side to another!.!.!. also get on your knees and hands like if you were going to crawl and so your back on an arch and then like cats do when they are about to attack you noe the opposite of an arch!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lat meahine pull down with wide grip palms facing away!.

Then narrow grip with palms facing you!.
