yes,it has something to do with raising heart beat!.!.at the gym its a default workout for almost everyone(depending on workout goals timing and intensity differs among individuals)!.!.the simplest cardio is of course brisk walking daily for about 30 minutes - 1 hour!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
