Everyone so far seems to have a piece of it but not all so hopefully I can capture it all!.

1!. You can't spot reduce weight!.
2!. Working out your abs will increase the muscle in the area and in most cases push your stomach out since the muscle is still under the fat!.
3!. Cardio will help your fat loss but is only a stepping stone to help you get there!.
4!. Dieting is where fat loss around your waist will occur!. Until you diet and control your calories/nutritional value, the fat will be there (unless you are an elite athlete)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of cardio + ab exercises to top it off!.

Unfortunately, you can't spot-reduce, which is targeting one area for weight loss!. You have to lose weight everywhere if you want to reduce fat in one area!. So the cardio (i!.e!. treadmill, elliptical, plain old jogging) will do that for you!. And then some ab exercises will improve the look of your abdomen area!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running!.!.!.!.!.and yes it does suck, in case you were wondering!. Working out your abs builds muscle, but it doesn't get rid of fat!. Cardio is the only way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
