How can i get the perfect 'beach body' in just 2 months ?!


Question: How can i get the perfect 'beach body' in just 2 months !?
im only 5 ft ! !.!.!. and want to be size 6 and have a great beach body !
i weigh 123 lbs =O !.!.!. i need a plan which i can actully manage ! !.!.!. im at work 6 hours aday !.!.!. i have a cross trainer , and gym ball !

Do lots of high intesity cardio exercise like sprinting or sprinting up and down stairs! And eat small healthy meals more frequently to speed up your metabolism and burn more fat!. This is the only solution I can see if your wanting it in 8 weeks!.!.!. even doing that I think you would need more time! I have been working on myself for around 6 months!.!.!. still no 'perfect' beach body! getting there though :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you cannot put a time frame on getting in shape!. Getting a 'perfect body' in 2 months is NOT going to happen!.

Most people mean "flat stomach" when they say 'beach body'!. You need to focus on abdominal exercises and intense cardio!. A gym ball can help, but it's going to take a really long time!. You need to be running at least a mile at a fast pace 3x a week or doing something as intense!. TaeBo is actually a really good cardio workout, as are many other video style guides!.

Every single day, 3x a day, do crunches- all types!. To work the front abdominal muscles, lay on your ball with the ball kind of at the small of your back and do crunches with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting at the back of your neck!. Do not use your arms to lift your head- all that does is work out your arms and upper back!. I'd do 25 of these 3x a day!.

To work the side muscles you need to do crossover crunches!. These can be tricky on a ball, so do them laying on the floor!. Rest your arms behind your head but with your elbows facing forward!. As you do the crunch lift your left knee towards your chin and touch it with your right elbow, then do your right knee and left elbow!. You should do 20-25 of these on each side 3x a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a man for you!.go to gym and work for atleast 3 hours!.do pushups !.there are some special yoga exercises which will increase your height!.you better do that!.by the way are you trying to make a beach body to attract people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
