How many calories have i eaten today?!
Question: How many calories have i eaten today!?
could someone tell me roughly how many calories ive had today and if its too much
thats what i had today
breakfast - a medium bowl of cheerios with a little semi skimmed milk
snack - 2 small plums
lunch - 2 small hard boiled eggs and a small pita with hummus
snack - a muller light yogurt
dinner - a small pita with hummus and a large bowl of salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrot and cabbage with a little olive oil and no mayo or anything
then i had a medium raw carrot for desert
drinks wise i had 3 cups of coffee with 1 sugar and a little semi - skimmed milk
im male, 19 , 63!.5 Kg and im 5 feet 10
i walk the dog everyday for 150 for exercise but i dont do much otherwiseWww@Answer-Health@Com
