Please dont answer with "sit ups" or "crunches"
because they dont work for everybody, which sucks!.!.

Yes, Special K does work!. Also try drinking more than 7 glasses of water a day!. The water helps flush more waste from your body!. This might be gross, but when you "urinate" see if your "urine" is a very light or almost white colour!. That means you've been drinking alot, if it's dark better start drinking water! Eat many fruits and vegies and lay of wheats like rice and grains too!. You'll lose a lot of weight and feel good about it! Good Luck with your bikini! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

special K is healthier than most, you don't need to diet strictly, just try eating less, but not exaggerated less, do you know what i mean!?!.!.anyway, exercise works too, if you can jog for about 20-30 minutes a day, if your time will allow you, that's good, try playing sports too, they're not as hard as push ups/crunches or whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i am really fit, because i am a cheerleader!.!.!. and i drink a bottled water every morning and night, and it does help a lot!. also, in the morning, i usually do cardio which burns fat and calories off really fast (i like to jog with my ipod)!.!.!. if you work out with music it makes it much easier because then you get caught up in all the music, and you barely notice your working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I agree do a lot of cardio workouts and you can't just get a flat stomach from eating special K!. Exercise is needed as well!. Cutting the recommended daily calorie intake and exercising at least 3 times a week will get you in shape!. Replace snacks with fruit which contains natural sugars!. Easy!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
