Ate too much at one sitting?!
Question: Ate too much at one sitting!?
Ok today all I have eaten is
Breakfast:
Oatmeal made with semi-skimmed milk
half a slice of white breaded toast with light butter
Lunch:
Half a toasted wholemeal sandwich made with light butter and ham
Dinner:
I pigged out a little here, I had: Shrimp Chop Suey (the whole thing pretty much)
About a half cup of rice
A half cup of mushrooms
A little beef, chicken and ham!.
Was that too much!? I plan on going out to do some running and cycling so will I just burn it off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That doesn't sound like a lot of food to me!. You shouldn't worry about it!. Of course, I would have to know your age/height/weight/fitness goals to really make a good comment!. No, that's not unhealthy, and yea, you'll probably burn most of it!. You eat 2000 calories a day when you are 'average' and at your target weight!. If you ware trying to lose or gain weight, you will have to be eating 3000+ calories a day, so that you can fuel your body for exercise and whatnot!.
